“The Spa was designed around the notion of fluid and aqueous movement," says the Pushelberg team, "Particular moments within the design of the Spa were used to incorporate sculptural shapes, and curved volumes, creating a sensuous and atmospheric environment.”
The full-service Four Seasons Spa, by renowned design firm Yabu Pushelberg, offers residents a serene and luxurious oasis.
The 16,000-square-foot space boasts soothing treatment rooms, for couples and individuals, shaped by pared-back finishes, defused edges, and silhouettes from a recessed ceiling that wrap the rooms in a warm and inviting glow. The tranquil design carries on throughout the Spa, starting with the reception area. Mexican Travertine stone, which has a natural coloring that adds warmth to the room, covers the entry in reception. The Alexis Wave stone, used in the reception area and at the pool, gives the illusion of movement with its distinctive purple, black and brown natural veining.
In addition, the pool is decorated with glass mosaic tiles; the locker rooms, showers, and steam rooms were designed as organic objects that fold and unfold around themselves and embellished with an Alexandra Nuvolato stone mosaic; and teak wood screens perfectly complement the pared-back design of the Spa.
This peaceful sanctuary, which offers a full range of wellness treatments for men and women, also includes a manicure-pedicure room, a relaxation lounge, and light-filled, 75-foot lap pool. All of these amenities are in place to ensure that the comforts of home are elevated to an unparalleled level, and residents' lives are enriched daily by these essential luxuries.
